Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 21, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms
💬 In plain EnglishBy using this site, you agree to these terms. Simple as that.

By accessing and using PrepKloud, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License
💬 In plain EnglishYou can use this site for personal study. You can't copy and redistribute our content for commercial use.

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on PrepKloud for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. Disclaimer
💬 In plain EnglishWe provide our content as-is. We do our best to keep things accurate, but we can't make legal guarantees.

The materials on PrepKloud are provided on an 'as is' basis. PrepKloud makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Educational Use
💬 In plain EnglishWe're a study tool, not a guarantee you'll pass. Always prepare with official resources too.

This platform is designed for educational purposes to help users prepare for certification exams. We do not guarantee exam success or certification.

5. No Affiliation
💬 In plain EnglishWe're independent. Microsoft, AWS, and Google didn't make this — we did, as fans of cloud learning.

PrepKloud is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, or any other certification body. All trademarks are property of their respective owners.

6. Content Accuracy
💬 In plain EnglishWe keep questions updated, but always double-check with official Microsoft/AWS/GCP exam guides before your test.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date practice questions, we cannot guarantee that all content reflects the most current exam requirements. Users should verify information with official certification resources.

7. User Conduct
💬 In plain EnglishBe a good citizen. Don't scrape the site, try to hack it, or redistriubte our content. Play fair.

Users agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
  • Copy, distribute, or modify any part of the service without permission
  • Use automated systems to access the service

✅ Acceptable uses:

  • Share your quiz results or progress on social media for motivation

🚫 Not acceptable:

  • Scraping questions to sell on another platform
  • Using bots or automation to artificially inflate scores
  • Republishing exam questions as your own content
8. Modifications
💬 In plain EnglishWe may update these terms occasionally. Continuing to use the site means you accept any changes.

PrepKloud may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these terms of service.

9. Job Discovery and External Links
💬 In plain EnglishPrepKloud helps you discover roles but is not the employer, recruiter, job board, or application processor. Verify every role before applying.

Job records, source metadata, search shortcuts, and role matches are provided for discovery only and may change, expire, contain errors, or be removed. PrepKloud does not guarantee availability, response, interview, employment, compensation, safety, or suitability. Applications occur on an employer, authorized applicant-tracking system, public source, or third-party job-board website under that site's terms and privacy policy.

LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Naukri, and Dice links are user-initiated outbound searches only. PrepKloud does not scrape or ingest those services and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Easy Apply links are best-effort conveniences and do not guarantee that a result supports Easy Apply.

10. Employer Feeds and Recruiter Submissions
💬 In plain EnglishSubmitting a job creates an email for manual review. It does not publish the job immediately.

A submitter must represent the employer or be authorized to distribute the vacancy and must grant PrepKloud the rights needed to review, normalize, deduplicate, display, and remove the submitted record. The submitter remains responsible for accuracy, legality, intellectual-property rights, canonical links, expiry, and timely closure. PrepKloud may reject, edit for formatting, pause, or remove any record.

Job and company data remains owned by its respective publisher. A business email remains review-only unless the submitter gives separate explicit consent for public display. Do not submit applicant data, resumes, credentials, secrets, or unnecessary personal data.

11. Corrections, Takedown, and Safety
💬 In plain EnglishRights holders can request correction or removal. Never pay to apply or share credentials.

Employers, authorized representatives, and rights holders may request correction or removal by emailing jobs@prepkloud.com with the canonical URL and proof of authority. PrepKloud may remove disputed content while reviewing the request.

Users should independently verify the employer domain and role status. PrepKloud does not request payment to apply. Do not provide passwords, one-time codes, financial credentials, or unusual personal data in response to a job listing.

12. Contact
💬 In plain EnglishQuestions? Just email us. We're friendly!
